And the Brewers fans head north on I94 happy, not with the outcome of the game, but with the knowledge that it's only two months until deer hunting season starts and that they will finally be able to use their new custom tailored bright orange hunting vests.

Not quite as good as your previous work.

:rotfl:

With the exception of Godfather II, the sequel is never as good as the original.

"Jason, I know you're happy, but would you please stop humping my leg."

"Calm down all you did was run around the bases successfully"

Boy, if that doesn't finish off the Brewers nothing will, colored me shocked. The Cubs were firmly in the do nothing off mediocre to crappy pitchers mode - last two days, in fact.

Oh my god do I feel like crap! I don't know how I even got home from the game or when. Booze is the devil!

The Wife isn't talking to me. I'm in for a long weekend.

nothing a cubs clinch can't cure.

LOL You JUST got home?

I'm guessing he just got up... after passing the hell out whenever it was he got home.

Yes this.

The part that sucks is I barely remembered the come back. I had to re-watch it this Morning.

We sat by the most annoying group of guys I've ever experienced. They were there for a bachelor party and none of them even cared about the game. They didn't even know who Fukudome was? They just laughed at the name...But the worst part is they kept switching seats, and by the 6th inning I had enough and told them to sit the f--- still! We were thisclose from a full on brawl, but at least they kept still for the rest of the game.

Is Marquis married? Just asking.

yes

This picture is hilarious. Soriano always makes me laugh(even though he isn't doing much) because he is pretty much a big kid and Marquis really looks like a little kid begging for something. Maybe he's begging Lee to tell Lou to let him on the playoff roster.

Going a little off-topic here, but I hate having to kick people out of my seat at baseball games. I had to do it TWICE at the last game I went to. I swear some people come in and just sit down wherever they feel like.

This happens all the time at Yankee Stadium. The way they number the sections/rows is really odd, and it screws people up. We had to make a group move from our seats one time, they went a section over to the same seats, and were moved from them because they were actually two sections down.

If it's just an honest mistake I don't mind. But too many people come in and sit down closer to the field hoping no one will show up. At least wait for the latter innings. Or don't do it at all. You know the ushers can't be expected to catch everyone, and really why should they even have to? Just be decent, and sit in the seats you bought.

Exactly. And the seat I was sitting in wasn't even that great of a seat. There were plenty of better empty seats to sit in. The first people I had to kick out was a group of a bunch of kids with ONE adult supervising them. After they got kicked out, the adult said, "Come on. We need to find our seats." Um, shouldn't you have done that BEFORE sitting down here?

My thought exactly - funny to see a $17M / yr athlete who is really just a little kid at heart. It's hilarious watching him between innings playing with the LF bleacher bums (and sometimes during innings, ala Sammy).
