We should be OK for tonight, but why not keep as many pitchers available as you can? Our next offday is Monday and then we have 16 in a row. Throw Shark an extra inning and give him an extra day off and you've saved yourself another BP arm for tonight, tomorrow, or the next day. Marshall will probably piggyback Harden again so at least we have another long man but still, we should be taking advantage of these low level situations to put us in a better position for the future.

 

It's so simple, but it's a concept that Lou fails to grasp. He's proven it over and over and over.

 

If we weren't playing a DH, it would not shock me to see Marmol coming in for the 9th.

I know he was ejected however, that doesn't mean he stopped watching the game nor, he is unable to get messages to his team.
