If Soto continues to hit the ball where it's pitched, he's going to be a heck of a hitter.

Lots of people (me included) are guilty of constantly forgetting he's a rookie. The struggles he's sometimes experienced have been frustrated, but the amount of success he's had as a rookie catcher is astonishing. ROTY, All Star Game starter, and probably an OPS around .840, .850.

What I like about him that he is an intelligent player and is willing to listen and learn. Thank God Lou's here and not Dusty.

Nice hit there Rammy!

That was hit a ton. Did the wind keep that from being out on the road? Looked like it was hit much harder than where it landed.

Len, try getting excited about a home run once in awhile.

Remember retro day when Edmonds tied the game on a homer?

Ya he got excited, I don't know if I want him excited again

Len's HR call is just fine.

I'm pretty thankful he's not a reactionary idiot, to be honest

My problem with Len's "call" is that he never, ever, realizes a ball is going to go out until it goes out.

"There's a fly ball to left field, ____ drifting back, and it GOEEEEEES!"

Lame.

And have it be a shallow fly to left.

"Belted deep towards left..."
