Zambrano is already at 50 pitches. He'll have to have a few more quick innings to go deep into this one. Snell is at 45 pitches already, so both starters could face an early exit.

Lee is the greatest hitter in baseball........at hitting ground balls to shortstop.

Does anyone have any info on what Lee might be working on to improve his hitting situation? Because it's been months now, and it sure looks like he's doing nothing about the fact that he's a ground ball machine. But again, I don't know if anything is being done to help him.

 

If this keeps up we've got to move him out of the 3 spot, correct?

Just glancing over Gameday, his fastball has been primarily in the 89-91 range with a couple at 92 and 93.
