If someone took a look at the score without checking the linescore, they'd probably say that Harden had a terrible first game.

Can't wait for Brewers and Cardinals fans to start saying this.

Marmol has to get a couple weeks off. Cotts has been pretty good and we get Eyre back soon. Hopefully Lou can allow a lefty to pitch against some rightys.

Look at Riot react on that play. He's like the younger brother. Picture perfect. Thanks Reed for keeping me alive for another day!

Ron was outstanding on the call.

These two posts make me interested in seeing/hearing. Despite being completely pissed off.

Nice!

Close play at the plate, sounds like?

I'm not near as excited about the win as I normally would be. I guess that's what happens when you blow a 7 run lead.

It was ridiculously close

Solid slide by DeRo, feet first to the 3B corner. Came in hard, looked like he timed the start of the slide just right.

As it unfolded, I didn't think he'd beat it, but Molina had to swipe pretty far for the tag. On the replay, pretty sure he beat it, but it was about as close as could be without being a total toss-up.

So when Eyre comes back, who goes down? Marshall has been very good, and I can't imagine keeping 3 lefties in the pen.

Lou's postgame will be funny. He will act like he did nothing wrong then send Marmol out there again tommarrow.

And get pissed off that someone had the audacity to ask him about it

Thanks for the description, I appreciate it.

Lefty or Righty...Marshall is our long man. He can eat up a lot of innings.

So I just got home and checked gameday right as Johnson was driving in the winning run. What the hell happened? I mean I've looked over gameday and saw a few of the highlights, but holy hell. Was Marmol really that bad? How did Harden look? Is it safe to say Theriot is the worst defensive shortstop in the league now?

Most of them had been keeping a close eye on the game, I think.

Not that it matters.
