they are hurt. ginyard is their defensive ace.

hansbrough isnt 100%

zeller is gone for the season

they could have been so ridiculous.

I know he hasn't been back long, but I don't know how anyone can figure he's not 100 percent or pretty darn close after what he did last night.

Surprised there hasn't been any commentary on the basketball tonight. Michigan State got pantsed by Maryland, Gonzaga and Oklahoma State was entertaining with Gonzaga pulling away late, and now Baylor/Providence looks like a good game.

the gonzaga forward almost air balling his dunk attempt and landing flat on his back was on my top 5 list of things that happened today

Is there a video of this somewhere? This sounds hilarious.

I'm excited for Iowa to play a major conference team tonight. We play West Virginia in Las Vegas. I don't think we'll win, but if we keep it close I will be happy.

2nd test of the year for Illinois, playing a decent Kent St. team in South Padre. We should win this game, but it's early, and we're still young. I likely will once again not be able to watch this.

Tennessee has played a helluva game against a tough Big east team. Georgetown is known for being a very tough defenisve squad, and minus a few lulls here and there, Tennessee has proven they can score on just about anyone.

Wayne Chism still plays stupid from time to time, but I am ostly impressed with Tennessee's effort today, especially from Cameron Tatum.

Tennessee always seems to just have a very large basketball team. Even the guards seem big.

Georgetown is not as good as I'm used to them being.

We weren't all that big last year. Chris Lofton isn't in the NBA because he's too small (6 feet, I think) and JaJuan Smith was only 6'1". We are very big this year, though, with Renaldo Woolridge, Cameron Tatum, Brian Williams, Emmanuel Negedu and Wayne Chism.

did hubert davis just pick missouri to win the big 12?

lol wat

i was kind of 3/4ths paying attention, but they were asked what teams they like in the big 12. jay williams said texas and hubert davis said missouri. i thought maybe it was a joke, but they had a video package all set up and he actually said all of the players' names, so i don't know what to think

They ARE big this year, but it's been a while. Our smallest starter is 6'3", which is a big difference (no pun intended) from last year's squad that started 2 guys at 6'1" or shorter.
