Yay 7 home games due up after today. Time to win some more. I wish we didn't only play 20 home games in June and July. We're going to get our brains beat in with all those road games.

i think the ball hit the top of the wall but also made contact with the concrete behind the wall which is why it came back into play. it would be impossible for a ball to bounce backwards on its first bounce on a flat surface

So if it indeed hit the wall (I'm on audio), how does Soriano not catch it?

 

Typical Soriano left field adventure. He got turned around and too close to the wall, he had no chance.

It was a valid HR call based on the replay WGN just picked up from the Pirates cameras.

 

Wait Len & Bob say it isn't a HR? I don't know anymore, I'm lost. If the ball hits the top of the fence, isn't that a HR? :scratch:
