We brought our offense with us? I thought they just packed up and headed back to Chicago after the 8th inning last night.

Hey UMFan83.....Maybe I am slow, but I am trying to get your Edmonds line in your sig.

Meh, I still don't buy what Len is selling in his discussion of the double switch involving Lee.

What about it don't you buy?

In theory it makes sense.

Well after his catch in Houston, he made it up to 4% on my likability scale. But after his subsequent 0-10 performance the rest of the road trip, including a rally killing DP in Houston, he lost 58 points and now sports a -54

That barely was a home run, so maybe next time you start running to first Alfonso.

It was either going to be a homer or a fly out, so hustling wasn't really important on that play.

Wow...you actually at one point liked Jim Edmonds 4%! No wonder I didn't get it.

In reality, I'd rather let Wuertz hit than take DLee out of a game. It's not like Hank White is some tremendous bat. If Wuertz has to bat with runners on, he can bunt which is what Blanco ended up doing anyways. If nobody is on base, oh well.

I'd have rather walked Bay to get to the pitcher. Maybe it's dangerous, I mean Eyre being Eyre he could have walked the stupid pitcher to lose the game.

I just don't believe in double switching out one of your best hitters.

Based on the options Len presented, I'd have either let Eyre pitch to Michaels or I would have walked Michaels and let Eyre pitch to Grabow.
