It's cool but I wouldn't want a guy on my team doing that. What if the guy had grabbed his hand during the high five? No DP and maybe Manny hurts wrist when he turns to tear away. It's a why risk it thing, but it is pretty cool.

That's awesome. For some one who always seem to be involved in some type of controversy he sure looks like he has a lot of fun playing the game.

When he got sent down for his rehab, a few years back, the AAA guys said he was the nicest, most respectful guy and even bought them stuff. He's an interesting character to say the least and a heck of a hitter.

I switched over to espn to catch the Cubs score (stupid wciu) just in time to see them do the top 10 Manny being Manny plays. it's obvious he has a great sense of humor, and some of those moments were dirty pee pants funny

I love that Manny is Manny. He gets to play a game as a career, and he has fun with it. Not to mention the fact that he's really good at baseball.

If he were bad at hitting a baseball he'd be Manny being Manny doing something else!

He'd be Manny being Manny at Tito's Carwash in the Bronx.

This is why Manny will be still remembered and beloved by baseball fans in 50 years. He's like Yogi Berra of the last generation or Dizzy Dean in the generation before that.

I come close to peeing my pants everytime I see that play where he dove to cutoff a throw in the oufield.

the best part of that video is the part that they usually dont show, where a speechless johnny damon is looking at him immediately afterward.

I pretty much believe he performs better playing this way. He is so relaxed and confident when he is at his best. He makes more plays and swings an even bigger bat.
