It's just too bad we don't have a leadoff guy to get on at a .350 clip, steal bases 71% of the time he attempts them, and play perfect "small ball"

Oh whoops, I'm not in the White Sox thread anymore.

I'm glad we are playing the Pirates. Every other team would have scored the pitcher that inning.

You need to watch the Giants play.

Actually don't it's painful. They make me wish I didn't have EI.

Gotta be frustrating for a Pirates fan watching your player make a grab like that when they make habit of botching even the most routine of defensive plays.

Ram is not right...hasn't been all year. What is strange is that he the best protection he has ever had...

He'll be fine. He's still hitting for power, and with a couple of 3-5 games, he'll be back into the .270's range.

He seems to be getting on base ok.

I have no doubt. What I don't like is his K's, which are unusual for him.

why pitching change?

Lou is babying Rich.

We have 12 guys in the pen, and Lieber and Marshall haven't done much recently, and Rich is a guy whose success is often related to his confidence. I'm not applauding the move but I certainly understand it.

I understand it too, I just don't like it.

Not a huge fan of the move. I appreciate that Lou is trying to get Hill out on a positive note, but I would have gone another inning.
