Could that guy throw hard or what? Do they actually know what he hit?

 

There was no way to tell back then, some experts believe his FB was between 105-110MPH.

 

Imagine 110? Wow.

I don't understand what we're intended to consider for this poll: the greatest player after what-if scenarios take place, or the player who would benefit most (% of change in stats perhaps) from the scenario.

 

Obviously Williams is the answer in the first case, and in the second case it could be any of them, really.

Ridiculously biased I may be, but Mark Prior without his issues has to be in the discussion.

I was going to say this too...surprised it took so much longer for his name to be mentioned than Prior's.
