Assuming it was a missed sign, was it Soto or Monroe?

Has to have been Soto.

 

I don't think so. Lou seemed to be yelling at Monroe in the dugout.

Yeah, EJ's right, that one is on Monroe.

plus it's just as possible that Monroe read the bunt sign as a hit & run. The other possibility is that Soto was supposed to make sure he got the bunt down on that pitch, but when a pitcher is having trouble throwing strikes, there's no reason to send a runner in motion.
