For some reason this loss doesn't bug me for some reason, and I really believe we'll win the next two....

 

I'm just the opposite, this loss steams me...Wandy freakin Rodriquez...this isn't Roy Oswalt or anyone...his last 2 starts (14 innings)we have pushed across 1 stinking run vs this guy..how in the hell does that happen?

All day long he throws the lazy curve ball over and they just watch. All day long. That thing had "bang me" written all over it.

I've reached that point with this offense against lefties. You know, that eyes-rolled-back, drooling, mumbling, labotomized apathetic point.

 

They just plain old suck against lefties. I wouldn't let them face a single righty starter the rest of the year if I was trying to beat the Cubs. Bullpen pitchers, callups, guys off the street......any lefty will do.
