Boy it sure would be nice to have a catcher who can throw out runners.

Yea, but it's even better to have a catcher who is a proven veteran who knows how to win and brings great experience and clubhouse leadership.

What's Soriano's steals/caught ratio?

Not sure, but that one is hard to put on Sori. He had a good jump. Chalk that one up to the catcher.
