SEVEN above .500! This is just getting hard to believe.

I'm going to buy a 12er of Old Style tonight to celebrate!

Can't wait until they get here next week to feast on Wells and Maroth.

If the Cubs played 19-5 ball all season, we'd finish 128-34.

What if they simply play it the rest of the way?

If Aram keeps this up we're going to start hearing MVP possibilities.
If the Cubs can find a way to get Griffey Jr. and bat him 5th behind Aramis...Wow, just wow.

Prince Fielder has been way too good.

I love baseball. I love the Cubs.

Not much more to say. I'm having more fun with this team than any team I've ever followed.

I told you we had this one in the bag boys and girls. Nobody ever takes The Cow seriously.

I love how winning brings back all the posters... next thing you know JC is going to be starting threads.

I've been busy with work and school, but I appreciate being labeled a bandwagoner after following this team for 2 decades.

I'll stand with you GC. I think it's pretty funny for anyone to call you a bandwagoner, GC, given that you were one of the first 10-20 posters on the site, and were a regular on cubs.com before that.

I appreciate it Brinoch. Thanks for the support sir.

Jacque Jones seems like a really good guy.

He does. He was on a radio show I believe last week and he was sincere. Felt bad for him, but at the same time you just have to produce.

Yahoo has screwed up just about every Cubs game I've "watched" on the computer; this is their account of the 5th inning today:

Top 5th: Arizona

- O. Hudson singled to left

- O. Hudson flied out to right

- O. Hudson homered to deep left, M. Reynolds scored

- O. Hudson popped out to third

- O. Hudson grounded out to pitcher

O. Hudson must have been tired at all that.

Reynolds replaced Hudson on the bases after the single so Hudson could hit again. That's teamwork.

Man, I am really loving this team. It's nice to have "real" fun watching the Cubs again.

If Hendry can just pull off a big impact trade, I'm this close to start really believing.

Ghost man on first!

I love the comment about the weakness of the Cubs' opponents - if that isn't the pot calling the kettle black!!!!!

If you switched Brewers with Cubs they would sound just like us.

EDIT: I liked this comment:

Watching this game so far, I can't believe we lost to Arizona. Even if Webb no-hits the Cubs, I think Arizona will still lose.
