::Pictures of dominating, decisive ND victory over UCLA::

Funny thing is this might have been the best opponent they beat all year!

No one said it was decisive or dominating. Raisin just busted on ND when his team lost to us this season...seems like he shouldn't have much to say about ND, at least this year.

I'm not bold enough to predict an Irish upset of the Wolverines this September, but it will be a tight game. UM probably wins because of experience, but it will be the last one you get for a while.

Trust me, in the past I've learned to never take a ND game lightly. Even (especially?) at the Big House.

It will be too early in the season with a young, inexperienced team and a new defense for us to really have a great chance.

It got tired of ripping on Dorrell (how the hell can the same AD who hired Howland and Savage have a) hired Dorrell and b) keep re-signing him?, so I'm trying something new: talking trash when I have no leg to stand on.

Though I do believe UCLA will beat ND this fall, only because it's a home game.

Why because of Clausen. Mallett for UM isnt to shaby himself. Mallett V. Clausen will be a very interesting series of games.

Andy did admit later that he shouldnt have overlooked Michigan after the defeat this year. He earned props from me for that because he had countless posts about how that game wasnt even a worry of his on ND's schedule to the NCG.

Not just Clausen. Notre Dame is going to bring in a monster class this year. ND outdid UM last year (according to Rivals) and the gap will get bigger with the classes this year.

UM is doing quite well this early too. The difference in talent wont be as big in favor of UM as it has in the past, but it wont be eye popping in favor of ND either to say they are going to go on a win streak for a while against the Wolverines. Of course UM has lost 3 times in a row to OSU so who knows it could very well happen, but it wasnt because they didnt match up talent wise to those guys.

Haha, in my true style the thread basically just becomes an ND discussion.

Raisin, ironically those two bashing pictures you posted were two that I considered for my sell-out avatar, but they were both so large that I assumed they'd be unintelligible if I shrunk them that much. And I also think UCLA will beat us this year, but it should be a thoroughly entertaining game.

Andy's reppin' Da Bend. I gotta give it to him. Plus, I appreciate Ball St. giving IU it's only win in football every year. And I have always enjoyed Ball St. women.

Yeah, we almost didn't want to give it away last year but decided to be charitable in the end. Since I'll be there for the game again this year I'm hoping for a different outcome.

I would give the nod to Penn State since they won 9 games including a New Year's bowl game.

I'm probably the only one here who didn't think of Notre Dame at all. I immediately thought Panthers, because I still very vividly remember them beating the Bears in the playoffs in whatever year that was, with that one guy catching who knows how many passes and scoring like 50 points.

My vote for B was a vote for the Bears.

That's right. A vote for me is a vote for the Bears.

I have a feeling my next opponent's going to smoke me, but a 1st round win works. :)

It's not over yet. I need 5 more to tie you.

If I jinxed myself into losing I'm going to inject heroin into my forehead

I'm pretty sure you've got me. i don't think either one of us would've won next round.
