I hope so because they would make a decent offensive OF. Defensively it'll lack a lot IMO.

I can't find any rumored terms outside of a player option for '08. The signing is not official yet, so no announcements are being made.

I find a player option to be quite odd. I would assume it would be something that kicks in if he reaches a total PA number. I really hope it's a high number and that he doesn't reach it.

I'm curious about the Cedeno/Theriot battle. If the Riot can prove he can play backup SS he'll win but if he can't I think Cedeno will.

Does anyone know Lou's preference on number of pithcers on the 25? I know Dusty usually had 12, but I'd wouldn't mind seeing them go with 11.

Who do you drop if Wood comes off the DL early (before opening day) and you think Prior will be healthy?

 

I'd deal (in order of preference): Eyre, Dempster, Ohman or Cotts to make room for Wood. But I think Hendry would option Wuertz to Iowa. Of course either scenario assumes Miller is not also DL'd.

 

Guzman impressing in ST and Wood, Miller & Prior all being healthy would defintely make things interesting.
