As soon as Reggie Bush looked back and taunted Brian Urlacher on his 88-yard scoring pass from Brees in the third quarter, you knew the spirit of George Halas would somehow make the Saints pay. Bush's behavior will probably someday help him sell shoes or jerseys, but it felt way over the top on Sunday.

Wally-eye just voiced his displeasure with Bush in the post game.

I saw that...but he didn't bring it up...he let the media ask about it, and then calmly gave his opinion. Very classy I thought.

Grossman's strength is deep slants with both Clark and the WRs, which wasn't used enough, the passing game was designed poorly today, IMO.

Tough conditions to have a solid passing game today though. Even Brees was missing a lot of his throws. But yeah, when Rex can hit that slant over the middle, that's when he's at his best.

I'm proud of the way he played today. He did what he had to do to win. It may not have been pretty, but he pretty much limited his mistakes and bad throws (although that pass in the end zone that he overthrew almost made me cry). And when the pressure was on and they needed a big drive, he definitely came through. What a catch on that touchdown pass though.

Uralcher mentioned something as well, that NO would've rather been winning rather doing what he did going into the end zone. Edited by UK

I had no problem with Bush's somersault into the endzone, I'd probably do it too after an 88 yard touchdown. But the pointing at Urlacher got to me. I thought Bush was above that sort of behavior. Edited by BleedCubbieBlue81

No, he isn't. This isn't his first time doing things like that.

From Lovie's press conference:

Reporter: A lot of the media had you guys losing...

Lovie: Yeah, you were one of them.

Hahaha. Awesome.

Reggie Bush denying that he was pointing at any one person on his touchdown (I'm sure Urlacher heard things).

He's done it before, yeah.

He should have known better than to rile up this defense even further. Rookie mistake.

What a game by our defense. There wasn't a person on the planet predicting we hold the Saints under 20 points. Way to MAN UP and get the job done. All of them.

That would explain Lovie punking him out like that. Woj has been an ass to the Bears all year.

I have to say, I'm bummed a little bit that there's only one more game! I'm not ready to be done with football yet! :D

it seriously seems like it was just yesterday when Grossman threw that bomb to Berrian to score the seasons first TD... and now... many games later.. where headin' to Miami!

Yeah, I think the exact quote was, "Yeah, Gene, you were on of them"

And then the rest of the press went "Ooooohhhh"

I was just thinking about that...that game in Green Bay really does feel like it was only a little while ago...not 4 months.
