Accuweather.com's up to date daily forecast for sunday: High temp: 31 degrees. Low temp: 20 degress. Periods of clouds and sun.

Fox news at noon's forecast called for a high of 28 degrees, with possible light snow around gametime. It'll probably be mid to high 20's, with a slight breeze making the windchill in the teens.

Accuscore predicts the Bears win 58% of the time after 10,000 simulations, at an average score of 26-23.

Obviously it doesn't mean much, but I think it deserves a bit more credence than what a bunch of fat guys sitting on their computers predict. (ESPN)

funny how the saints are good for the first time in forever and suddenly half the board are lifelong NO fans...

I swear upon all that is holy that you better not be talking about me. I've suffered my entire life watching this team every Sunday, many of those times I was watching in person in the Superdome, and I'll be damned if I'll be called a bandwagon fan, after ALL these years of suffering.

Bandwagon fan.

:)

ETA: Derwood, OMC has mentioned in his Saints' fandom before, even before this season. Not sure why anyone would ever have to defend the sports teams they root for, especially here.

I'm not saying you're a bandwagon jumper, just saying that we haven't heard about your "lifelong suffering" as a fan until now

When the crap have I had the opportunity to brag about the Saints. Mostly I keep my mouth shut about them because they are so bad it's embarrassing. I bet if you go dig up the NFL Draft thread from last year you'll see me jumping up and down about Bush.

My grandfather had season tickets with them every year until he died. I've probably been to 30 or 40 Saints games in my life. Hell, I still have an Archie Manning jersey that my father got back in the 70's.

yeah why the heck would it be obvious that OMC is a Saints fan on a website called North Side Baseball? If I wasn't a Bears fan I probably wouldn't have talked about my team unless it came up which it sounds like he did (Draft threads etc.) Edited by Brian

Because I'm from Mississippi, which is often times more of a Saints state than Louisiana, which has a ton of Cowboy fans. Don't forget that Tom Benson, many times over the past decade or so, attempted to move the team to the Mississippi gulf coast, because such a huge amount of Saints fans are from Mississippi.

Saints AND Cubs? you've made some awful choices, my friend.

The injury report is up. Bradley (ankle) is questionable while Ogunleye (quad) is probable. Adawale will be fine. He just bruised his quad during the game. We'll see about Bradley, though.

LOL. Yeah no doubt. OleMiss, you've definitely earned your stripes for suffering.

As if being a Cub fan wasn't bad enough. 8-)

That's kinda the joke with me. I was born into having a lifelong passion for the Cubs (1906 last champ.), the Rebels (1963 last SEC champ.), and Saints (7 winning seasons in 40 years). It's just pitiful.

Although, when I've actually played sports, my luck is better. My high school baseball and football teams won the 5A State Championship's both my junior and senior years. That football team had 2 current NFL players on it. Patriots kicker Gostkowski was our kicker and also pitched on the baseball team with me, and Chris Spencer, the Seahawks center who was drafted in the first round two years ago played center.

Bandwagon fans usually don't stand their ground and fight it out, all by themselves, against an onslaught of opposing fans.

Bandwagon fans generally don't have the knowledge of the team that you do. You won't hear me call you a bandwagoner.

id rather see Anderson in there than Ogunleye, Ogunleye hasant done much of anything the past month

a lot of forecasters (NWS, Skilling ect) have the chances of snow increasing with highs in the upper 20's.

if the field is bad, that will limit what Reggie Bush can do somewhat

He had a few big plays against Seattle, he certainly was absent before that.

The Giants game the Bears played in East Rutherford? It wasn't that cold, just rainy.

Guys, the weather will not decide this game. I hope it is cold, it could help the Bears a little bit. However if it is windy, I think that could be an advantage for the Saints because Rex trying to make big plays + lots of wind could equal lots of picks. This game will be decided by a lot of factors, but I just don't think the weather will be THAT big of a deal either way.
