We should win some of these WC games coming up. It's not like we're facing every top team out there. It's the Clippers, Seattle, Utah, Portland, Sacramento, Golden State, Phoenix. Most of these clubs are under .500

 

No excuses this time, Big Ben or not.

I'll be at tonight's game. 8-)

 

My first Bulls game post-MJ. :)

 

Obviously I'm not a Bulls fan but I figured I would brag that I'm covering the Bulls-Kings game next Thursday.

Rookie/Sophomore lineups were announced today and no TT or Thabo on the Rookie team. That's disappointing.

Not a big surprise. Neither have really played enough to garner the stats. I really like both players though, both have exceeded my rookie-year expectations.

So with the Bulls down by 2 with under 3 minutes left and after a timeout, Skiles runs a play for...PJ BROWN?!?!?!?! And Skiles has continuously played mindgames tonight with BG for some reason as he keeps taking out BG for every mistake he makes for Duhon. A very winnable game in the last couple of minutes becomes a 10 point Clipper lead with under a minute left.

Wait, you mean PJ being isolated against Elton Brand isn't our play of choice?? Tonight was really apparent where we need a low post scorer. The bigger guards of LA were circling the Bulls guards all night and completely neglecting the interior because there's really nothing to fear. Even when Big Ben is healthy.

Also, the 3 guard lineup REALLY needs to go. It worked a couple of years ago, but other teams are very aware of what we're going to do now. I really hope the rest of the roadtrip doesn't go like this...

I'm done with Scott Skiles. What the hell was Duhon doing in crunch time over Gordon? What the hell are the Bulls doing running an iso play for PJ Brown against Elton Brand (in a possesion where Malik Allen and PJ Brown held the ball for all but when Hinrich brought the ball up - meaning Deng and Gordon didn't even touch it that possession)?

 

Oh, and you don't know how big a whiny bitch Sam Cassell is until you see him at a game.

 

Anyone hear the Bears chants? We got a "SEXY REXY" (the jumbotron panned the crowd for Clippers fans and showed a guy in a Rex Grossman jersey) one and a couple "SUPER BOWL" ones.

 

ETA: We sang "Bear Down" on the subway too. Fun times.
