actually.. i think the cubs have a future too.. one that doesnt include Prior, Baker, or any of the Coaching staff.

 

The reason Wood is not in that list is because he wants to become a reliever... and I think it would be great if he could stay a Cub and help in the bullpen.

Pronk has what....6 grand slams this yr, and Beltran has I believe 3 grannies this yr. So, Pronk is the KING of the Grand Slams, and Beltran is more of the PRINCE of the grand slams... :D

Wellemeyer has done a good job for KC pitching 6.2 in relief, giving up one run on a solo shot.

When Sisco was down in the minors, he only appeared in 3 game and all were relief appearances. While I agree he should be given a shot to start, obviously KC does not.
