Dammit, I purposely signed up for game threads late so I could start Game 1 of the NLDS.

The CUBS have drawn 6 walks in their last six games. They're on a pace to draw 400 walks in 162 games, even less than last year's paltry total of 419.

 

This franchise has only lost 100 games in a season twice in it's 131 year history. (1962 & 1966 when they went 59-103 each year). We are now on a pace to go 62-100 !!!

 

How long are they gonna let this team bleed to death ???

Man... they're on a pace now to finish 38 games under .500, and they sure look to me like they believe the season is over now !!

Because he's more comfortable down there or something. You know, like Lee was before he had the best year of his life hitting 3rd and 4th.
