I have a random question and a hypothetical situation. A starter leaves a game with any one run lead - let's just say 4-3 - and two runners on base. Then the reliever comes in and allows the two inherited runners to score, but nobody else and the team loses 5-4. Who gets the loss, the starter or reliever?

That's what I figured. It makes sense the starter gets the loss, but I just wanted to make sure.
