Big-time choke for Georgia, big break for Auburn. Lucky for the Dawgs they just need to beat UK and they'll still play LSU for the SEC title.

Yeah, great ending in that game.

With :03 left, WSU has the ball at Oregon's 45 and the QB just heaves it up towards the endzone. Two Oregon DBs run into each other and deflect the ball to a WSU receiver for the touchdown. At the half, WSU leads Oregon 14-10.

Nice to see my Huskers win a game for the first time in 87 years. Between the Cubs and Huskers, it's really pretty difficult to get out of bed in the morning.

Please please please beat Colorado.

ISU nearly doubles up in the last 17 minutes of the game, and beats CU 30-16. A Mizzou, ISU, and Nebraska win in the final B12 game gives Mizzou the B12 North.

In a game of major importance to UCLA, WSU scores a touchdown to make it 31-28 Oregon with 11 or so minutes left in the fourth quarter. A UCLA win against USC coupled with an Oregon loss sometime in the next two weeks means UCLA wins the Pac 10. If Oregon wins out, UCLA can beat USC and still not win the Pac 10.

That would be great if Oregon lost.

And UCLA beat USC in 3 weeks. ;)

WSU ties it up on a 45-yard FG. For the WSU's kicker's sake, good thing the sleet stopped. Still 5 minutes and change to go.

Anyone else think it is kinda wrong that FSU can lose to Florida next week, win the ACC Championship game and make it to a BCS game with an 8-4 record?

As someone who is hoping that Mizzou by several freak occurrences makes it to a BCS game with an 8-4 record, no. :P

Here's your BCS nightmare, with all the possibilities except a couple already explained in this thread:

Pac-10: Oregon

Big 12: Missouri

Big Ten: Penn State (no offense PSU, just that Mich and OSU have more national pull)

ACC: 8-4 Florida State

SEC: South Carolina (Is this even possible?)

Big East: South Florida (don't laugh, if USF wins out, including beating WV, this is a reality)

At-larges: UCLA/USC (If UCLA beat USC and won out I can't imagine either of them getting passed up; I'm assuming further nightmarish occurrences such as ND losing one of their last two)

Ouch.

They could still make it? Wow.

Also I think Southern Florida can make it to the BCS if they beat WVU.

Would there be any room for at-larges in that scenario? Penn State is the only conference winner that could conceivably be in the championship game in that scenario, and I'd think that USC and Texas would both have as good a shot as them.

Valid point. I probably should substitute Texas for UCLA, as I would think the BCS would see more $$ in the Horns. And in that scenario, you're probably looking at a USC/PSU title game (even with USC's hypothetical loss)...or something like that.

That's why it's a BCS nightmare!

Paul Martinez kicks it through with :01 to go, 34-31 Oregon leads it. :(

EDIT: Oregon wins it.

Now UCLA needs to beat USC and hope Oregon State can pull it off against Oregon in Eugene. :|

That sucks. I REALLY want Oregon to lose. Otherwise ND may end up playing them in the Fiesta Bowl, and I can think of much better matchups.

I hope this happens. Even if it means ND being left out, it would be worth the sacrifice to have the BCS get closer to its demise.

Can we make Oregon play USC again? No offense to PSU, but I'd be more worried about a potent offense like Oregon's in a Fiesta Bowl matchup.
