Wow...channel 55 at Ball State is the campus movie channel. In the entire year-plus that I've been enrolled here the channel has never worked.

 

So what happens? Channel 55 is FX for Delaware County, and today the movie channel shows The Longest Yard.

When I was at college channel 20 was the campus information channel. At the time, WGN was channel 20 in this market.

 

Good thing I wasn't in the dorms for that long. It wasn't the same listening on the radio when I could watch it on TV.

Why does anyone throw offspeed pitches to Sanders within the zone? I believe Pettitte could have gone up and in on Sanders with a fastball and thrown it by him, there's a reason why he's hit .063, .182 and .200 off Wood, Zambrano and Prior respectively - he can't catch up to a decent fastball.

 

I don't believe it'll drastically hurt the Cardinals' WS chances but, Isringhausen is going to blow a game or two this Postseason.

When the infielder is on the ouside of the bag you should always slide on the inside to avoid the tag....why did he slide on the outer half at third? Poor attempt at a tag...quicker Mr. Card.

Why has Eckstein's arm strength got better while in St. Louis? Is this what people think when players go there....no wonder why they win all those gold gloves.

Really? Watching him throw out taveras in the 9th it looked like he was throwing a changeup. Lots of arm motion, not much velocity
