Good job.

Law of averages.

Marquis will bat in the 7th, but his day is done after that. He got lucky today. Those double plays and that well-struck lineout by Corey. Oh well, we'll take it. You guys got a lot of bloops hits yesterday.

Was that a liner atom ball for those of us at work?

oh yeah that ball was hit very hard, rodriguez had to run a little bit, but caught it at about waste level.

Ugh. The Cards are lucky.

Beyond a doubt the luckiest team in the NL, they're also good.

Why can't you guys just give us credit?

We've been a great team for over a year and half now. This isn't a flukey ride of luck.

Hey it's not my fault you advocate moving Walker down in the lineup because he GIDP for the 5th time all year. IT's a ridiculous move. Who would you have up there on this lineup?

Then you can calmly say "Walker has only 5 GIDP all year, hes a good number 2 hitter."

You don't have to make a personal attack/sarcastic comment.

Alot of times I post on emotion in game threads. I do however think once Nomar gets better, he should be #2. Walker seems to do better batting 6th, though I'm interested in seeing his stats in different slots.

they really need to let him play somewhere. he is just hacking! and it's not like they are feeding him fastballs, he is adjusting to nasty sliders and breaking pitches. like len said it won't be long before they start bringing in lefties just face him!
