Sometimes it is okay to barehand a comebacker, Jerome.

That thing was by him before he could blink. He doesn't look too agile to me.

Grrrr, shut up McCarver! Shut up Buck! They certainly are getting in their digs on the Cubs.

Good grief, boys and girls.... ya don't have to listen to them Bozos !! Just turn the sound down and tune your radio to Pat & Ron !!!

Good advice.

Trust me I would but the radio call is a few seconds ahead of the action.

Might as well not watch.

I've looked but I can't find anything on CPatt anywhere.

I've looked but I can't find anything on CPatt anywhere.

According to Buck and McCarver, in the article Patterson said that none of the coaches tried to work with him to shorten his swing, and Baker, Clines, and Matthews said that wasn't true.

He also said that the Iowa batting coach told him his foot work was wrong (either to close or far apart--cant remember). The coach asked him if anyone else had told him that before and Corey's reply was "not really." Mike Murphy was talking about this 2 nights ago.

Can one of you guys please help me? No matter how bad the Cubs lose, or how much they get slaughtered in the regular season, I always come back the next day with hope, and watch/listen to the games.

Why is that?
