Well considering the Pirates didn’t sweep until today, and as of today the Cubs were 7.5 back, I would think you would know they couldn’t be 4 back. You didn’t post your comment before Fridays game.

I wasn't saying they could be 4 back now, i said they had (blew) an opportunity to be 4-5 back going into the break, if they could beat the reds ( yesterday, today, tomorrow) after the pirates swept them today.

Just saw the graphic showing three cubs in the top ten of OAA (up the middle guys). Then Boog and JD mention that cubs pitchers don't strike out many and give up homers. 

That made me wonder if low strikeout rates (more balls in play) leads to the higher OAA for the Cubs.

I'm not saying PCA, Nico and Dansby aren't amazing, but I'm just wondering if the low strikeouts gives them a little bump?
