And about the 35th time I am asking this question this year, where the hell does Jed Hoyer find these pitchers?

None of the streams are working. Don't make actually have to pay for this

You’ll be pleased to know the Cubs aren’t working today either.

He has his scouts watching and waiting for other teams to DFA pitchers and prays they can be good for a couple games with them

I think Jed is starting to realise that scouting pitchers on MLB The Show doesn’t work in real life.

The problem with Jed is, sometimes it feels like he doesn't take putting a competent bullpen and depth together in the offseason seriously.

Good choice to leave Woodford in, CC. Why burn another arm when the hitters couldn’t even hit a beach ball.

So, who exactly are the bullpen guys once everyone healthy in August?

Palencia,  Maton, Steele,  Milner, Riley Martin, Webb, Thornton,  Rollison, Pomeranz,  Thielbar,  Rea/Assad

A good question, and good pitchers there.  I mean a lot better than what we got now.

I would pick Palencia, Maton (just because of the contract), Martin, Webb, Rolison, Milner, Rea and Thielbar.  Assad can be a SP with Chicago or Iowa.  I like Thornton, though.  But, eventually, one or two of those guys will get hurt.

I feel bad, my wife took my kids to Cincinnati for a soccer camp this week and they were looking forward to going to this game all week.  At least they got fireworks afterwards since the Cubs didn't supply any.
