how long will Jim stand pat? Every year he costs us games along the way just waiting until the deadline. Last year he possibly could have cost us the playoffs by waiting until the deadline to add something everyone knew we needed the entire year. Seems to be content to do the same in left this year.

 

It's not that simple. The only deals available now are players we're not too excited about, ie Preston Wilson.

I don't buy that. Last year Beltran was had before the deadline. There are guys out there that gms know about.

I think we have all pegged aubrey huff as that type player. He may not be great but he is quite a bit better than what we have in left. That wasnt a strike to corey.
