If they got the ump bot for balls n strikes, and not the challenges , who do you all think would benefit?

I think pitchers would benefit slightly only because they'd get more of those real close calls on the edges where hitters would take. So , I think scoring would be down alot because of that

Pitchers at first, but hitters would catch on to the inevitable predictability of the zone and you'd then see offensive numbers start to spike.

the thing is though, he's annoyingly patient and guessing even when he's going well.  His big issue IMO is he's not driving the ball at all and getting beat by breaking pitches to the outside.  He's always going to take annoying ass called strike 3s or look downright bad some ABs because he's guessing.

Hitters need to play for the walk.  It's the main way we get on base at this point.
