lmao PCA seems like he was trying to force a throw to 3B and didn't have a plan for stopping if he actually beat it.  Either that or he 100% expected a throw home and was surprised when the ball came to him at 3rd and didn't slide.

Don't like another out on the bases but I'll take the nice hit and extra run.

On one hand, kind of dumb PCA didnt stick at 3b.

On the other, it just stops the inevitable Swanson-ground-out followed by the "he cant hit with runners on" talk...

So...like...not sure which is worse?

Getting out on the bases so that Dansby is guaranteed to hit with no one on base is galaxy brain thinking by PCA

Weird that Quintin Berry was pissed after being 15 metres away from PCA and hiding himself behind the 3rd baseman and ump. Quentin, position yourself where PCA can see you.

Does Quentin Barry need to be halfway to home to tell Seiya to keep going?

Yes, gives him time to throw the hands up if needed.  The problem with that play was just the fact PCA was expecting the throw to go home and the cut off guy made a smart choice by going to 3B hoping for something like that to happen.

Barry was too far down the line. You don’t have to be that far down the line to stop Seiya.
