I got cheap seats for the 8/14 game. I had several different pairs for the 8/13 game but kept on wanting to find slightly better ones. Well, the game because singles-only while I was doing that and blew it. I got too greedy.

 

Of course, I did the same with the 8/14 game and went from partially obstructed to not obstructed at all.

 

Tickets to the following games are no longer available or have scattered single seats:

Apr 8 vs. Brewers

May 21 vs. White Sox

May 22 vs White Sox

June 10 vs. Red Sox

June 11 vs. Red Sox

June 12 vs. Red Sox

Aug 13 vs. Cardinals

If you were fired, how would you buy tickets with no money? Or are you like me and save $ from like August of last year just to buy tickets in Feb. The dork that I am...LOL

 

I flat out told my boss there were 2 options, either I come to work and buy Cubs tickets, or stay home and buy Cubs tickets...I love my boss!

Yeah, but if you bought a Red Sox vs. Cubs ticket on EBay right now, I can almost guarantee you could make a huge profit when it gets close to that game day.

I've had my one window open for the entire time. Not really paying much attention to it anymore. Congrats to those for getting Cubs/Sawks tickets!

Finally got through. Four bleacher tickets to the Sunday, Aug. 28th game vs. the Marlins. Now if I can just do the same thing for the Saturday game, I'll be set.

Well, I don't feel all that great, so I have a kind of excuse. I think it was mainly stress, though. :) Happily, I have a home office.

 

Now I think I'm going to get back to work. I got my tix for Tues, and someone else from here was able to get me tix for Wed. (TY, TY, TY! And just remember, I'll track you down and get you if you flake out on me!!! :twisted: )

 

Not too worried about the Thu game - being it's the Rockettes - er, Rockies, I could probably get decent seats if I checked in tomorrow.

OK, after time 4 of probably getting through but the window changing back to VWR when I get to it, I think I have to give up.

well...I for one am happy with the process this year. I got 6 for the Red Sox,White Sox and the Brewers.

Tickets seem to be selling out alot slower than last year and more people are getting chances to buy.
