Unfortunately given that he's probably not fully stretched out, I have a tough time seeing Brown going more than 1 more inning after this.  He hasn't thrown more than 68 pitches in a game since May 2nd and is at 64 through 5.

I know there’s not an obvious person to move up but I’d seriously consider moving Seiya down until he shows a pulse. He’s so incredibly lost right and it makes me very sad

Man Seiya's oblique injury looks to have sapped his ability to hit again. He's been horsefeathers awful.

The reset worked last year. Let's try that again.

Happ is now the only hitter showing a pulse

Feel like morel is the prime example of third and fourth time through the order penalties. Once he sees a dozen or so pitches, he just locks in. Obviously would be nice to have it not take that long, but that was max effort from peralta and morel didn’t flinch

We don’t have a hitter on this team that is even slightly matchup proof. Once a lefty was coming in to face Happ you knew the inning was over

So apparently the Crew found Koenig in the baseball equivalent of a dumpster.  Upper 90’s FB, wicked off speed pitch.  Would be nice if the Cubs could turn garbage into gold every once in a while.
