Lost in the Eddie Jackson sadness and Mike White praise is that once again Kindle Vildor was 10 yards behind his man and might be the worst cover corner I've ever seen.

No, they had some dude last season who appeared not to know that you're supposed to cover receivers. Forgot his name but, far worse than Vildor.

I don't get this FO and coaching staff, Thomas Graham was not great by any stretch last year but he was clearly better than Vildor.

Him staying on the roster and getting PT reminds of Qasim Mitchell false starting every snap.

There’s an obligation to watch this, for me at least. And I always want to see success. So it’s just really hard to sit and watch this level of ineptitude even though I understand the bigger picture.

It's never really possible to enjoy the suck.

It's one of many decisions that indicates to me this organization is not looking to win games this season.

When it leads to a franchise defensive player, I completely enjoy it.

Any team with some resemblance of a professional defense would have had at least on pick already. Jets with a good defense and all but, not the OB nor the offense to survive and advance in the playoffs. If I were a Jets fan, I wouldn't take too much from this game, it's a false positive.

Chose to focus on eddie Jackson presnap and watched him collapse. Final snap as a Bear?

Could be. Looked bad.

Feel bad for Eddie Jackson however, we all know he probably was not going to be part of the next good Bears team. Unfortunately, gets the process started a little early for him.

Now Mooney left the game without being able to put weight in his leg. Great stuff

Locking up that top 3 pick, but seriously he's one of only a few they couldn't afford to get hurt. It sucks.

What a trash playing surface

There was some study recently (can't find it) showing that the brand/type of turf at the NY stadium is far more likely to cause injuries. They JUST put that turf in at the Ohio State stadium (lol)
