The worst lineup yet

This is a real "today is the oldest you've ever been" kind of statement.

I just can't get over Johneshwy Fargas. My brain refuses to see that as anything but a typo no matter how many times I see the name.

How does a guy like Johneshwy Fargas make it to the major leagues? He's a LF with no pedigree that can't hit, has no power and rarely walks. If you squint really hard, he had an okayish? showing at high A in 2018 but I really don't understand why he's taking PAs from literally anyone right now.

Not sure why they aren't calling up Deichmann. Maybe they feel like he still has some things they want to work on with him before they expose him to big league pitching, or maybe they are trying to prevent his clock from starting (lol), but I'd rather see him getting ABs every day than Johns5sdwtk6y Fargas

Yeah I assumed that Fargas, Schwindel, and Romine (not that one!) were called up instead of Deichman/Rivas/etc. because of their expendability and the need to do some roster manipulation around the deadline. But we're nearly a week in so....?

I keep waiting for whatever is happening with Wisdom to stop happening, but maybe he’s actually an MLB hitter? He certainly looks the part.

Can he be a reliable .775 OPS hitter and not so detrimental in the field that he could actually be a piece of a decent team?
