-Illinois loses at home to Eastern Michigan

-Temple defeats newly ranked Maryland

-Michigan State loses at home to Arizona St

-Pittsburgh was about 25 yards short of taking PSU Ari OT

-Minnesota needed a TD with 13 seconds left to avoid losing to Georgia Southern at home

-Purdue down 2 TDs at home to TCU

-Iowa is up 1 on Iowa State with 4 mins left

 

Guess Northwestern, Nebraska and Ohio state looked good but none of them were against quality opponents

Hiring Lovie Smith was a small market move?

 

It was a high risk/high reward move but given his salary, it was not a small market move.

 

It was the wrong move but not a cheap one.
