Didn’t Rizzo do the same thing last year? That one actually led to a couple runs because the catcher was throwing the ball.

Yeah he did it last year or the year before to a Pirates catcher (not Cervelli) iirc. The throw to 1B ended up in RF and the catcher might have gotten hurt

DONG, there’s goes Schwarber being technically good again but not cool.

 

It's the one cool thing he does that makes him barely technically good.

The Rockies announcers jut said something about Cisheck having to be carted off the field before the game today? WTF happened there?

He got hit in the knee by a stray ball pregame, apparently. Early indication was it was just a bruised kneecap and he was TBD for today.
