7 walks, 4 hits and 1 HBP in 5 innings and one run. Only one GIDP and no caught stealings either. Amazing.

His wildness is a new thing, right? I don’t give AF about his spin rate on his breaking ball, the MF’er can’t locate his fastball.

He has always been a low control/high walk guy, but not to these record-breaking proportions.

Wow Zach Zaidman is really bad at this. He's like, well behind the crowd in terms of whats happening

yeah...while coomer doesn't describe things like the audience can see what he's talking about, zaidman operates on a 5 second delay.

Wow I never expected that to be overturned even though its obvious it should be.

If that wasn't overturned then they should've eliminated the rule altogether.

I wasn't optimistic either, but that was basically the rule-book definition of blocking the plate, so it's probably a good thing for catchers at large that they did call it - otherwise runners may as well run them over.

Agreed, I think this may have been the exception because Almora literally made contact with that leg before the ball popped the glove, and it was extra obvious the catcher was kicking his foot backwards and not trying to receive the throw or whatever such nonsense is normally used to justify it
