We have no idea with the little information we have. But he is going to a trusted doctor he's known for most his time in the U.S.

 

Hopefully yesterday's pain was just a minor setback. It's really frustrating Alzolay got hurt because the organization was clearly planning on relying on him in the second half this season and he's clearly better than all other internal candidates, non-Drew Smyly category.
