God's Favorite Team is sitting 6 games above .500, a half game out of first place, on June 24th, with a NEGATIVE RUN DIFFERENTIAL

What a weird horsefeathering division. Yeah, the Pirates are in last, but they have zero horsefeathering business being anywhere near .500.

Being six games over and having a -1 run differential is hardly anything special, there are teams that play way worse and end up with way better records, like the 2007 Diamondbacks.

The team that should be really upset is the reds with a +48 run differential and a losing record

The Reds and Pirates having the same record but the Reds being +120 in RD is hilarious.

The VB’s sent Shaw down and called Hiura back up and DFA’d Hernan Perez as well. Wish we showed as much urgency on the back side of the roster to turn things over.

so like, 6 days ago the Cubs hit the nadir of their season, they had a horrendous road trip, and fell behind the Cardinals for the first time all season

and then they play six games and the Cubs are 3.5 games up, lmao

truly, truly we are blessed to be in the NL Central

So he launched a ball into the Allegheny with a bad back

Or launching a ball into the Allegheny GAVE him a bad back.

Next month for the Brewers:

3 vs. Texas

2 vs. Minnesota

3 at Washington

3 at St. Louis

3 vs. Arizona

3 vs. St. Louis

3 at Cubs

2 vs. Houston

4 vs. Cubs

So that's 26 straight games against teams currently at or above .500.

September is much easier (4 at Miami, 4 vs. SD, 3 vs. Pitt, 3 vs. Cincy, 3 vs. Col), but they could be buried by the time that comes around.

Nobody is buried in this division race
