But yeah, I've lost about 155 pounds over the last 18 months. Just need to ride this out until Xmas and I should be at 175 (so I'll have essentially lost an entire me, which seems bonkers) and I can start finally eating some real food again.

Thanks! I really dodged a bullet; started it when I had a REALLY close call with a blood pressure spike that had it at about 230/110. After a battery of tests they, fortunately, figured it was weight/lifestyle-based, so that was a really effective motivator to buckle down. If anyone needs to lose more than 20 pounds, I can't recommend the program I have been on, Ideal Protein, enough. If you stick to it, it works, no way around it. You end up burning a good 3-5 pounds a week.

Amazing job, man...that's really a ton of weight. I don't have anywhere the amount to lose that you did...started about 30lbs over where I'd like to be...but I started doing small group training at the gym, and a high protein, lower carb diet about a month ago. Down 5 lbs in that time, but definitely adding muscle too, so I've been pretty pleased with it so far. I've never worked out regularly, but it's a helluva lot easier having someone there to tell me what to do instead of trying to make it up myself.

 

And of course there's a pizza ad at the top of the page as I post this...horsefeathers you, google ads.

I checked weather.com and between 3pm and 3am by the hour it says somewhere between .01 of an inch and .04 of an inch. Doesn't seem like a lot.

From what I read, it'll start light, but get heavier, and it'll be steady...not start/stop.

 

I mean, you can see here that the rain isn't exactly diminishing as it gets closer...
