Well, I was convinced the Cubs were going to romp tonight and instead they got embarrassed, so now I expect nothing but tragedy tomorrow, sooooooooooooo...

 

i don't know how you guys can be very confident or expecting doom. i just kinda go into playoff games fearing bad stuff but with zero expectation either way...

I don't know why this is weird to me but it seems strange that Avila hasn't made a single appearance in the series. Not that there has been an obvious spot for him but he's a pretty good hitter to be completely absent in the series.

 

I believe him and Lackey are the only 2 to not make an appearance so far
