I don't like that we keep going down in the first inning, but I do like that we keep coming back and ripping the heart out of other teams

just watched the replay, wtf was willson doing coming home on that grounder by szczur? i mean, it's cool that galvis hesistated a long time and then chucked the ball into the back of the mound, but if galvis played that properly willson would've been out by 30 feet.

There's 2 outs and he assumed Galvis was going to try to make a play at 1st, which is what happens in most of those cases. He still had time to stop but pressing the issue with 2 outs isn't the worst thing, bad throws happen more often than we think on such plays.

i feel like they have caught so many well hit balls (not that that was an especially hard play) in the OF in this series

yeah i guess it's probably a better shot than i give him credit for; taking into account the likelihood of a wild pitch/passed ball/hit or some combination of events (like walk then another walk) is probably not much lower probability than galvis screwing up the throw home.

i missed the 3rd run, but having seen the griping on here about zobrist from when i wasn't watching, is it safe to say it might be 5-0 or 5-1 if heyward were in right?

I'm not sure Heyward gets to Herrera's line drive in the first, but I'm very sure he throws out the guy at the plate the play before, so probably.

probably, but we would have been kind of lucky to get so many hard hits balls close enough to heyward
