If I were a fan of either of these teams I would be beside myself. Someone else said this is like watching two players playing tic-tac-toe where neither will play the middle. I thought that was very accurate.

I'm familiar with the variance inherent in MLB. It's just pretty clear to me that of the remaining teams, Dodgers>>>>Nats>>Cleveland>Toronto>>>>Cubs.

So Washington has Reynaldo Lopez and Melancon left in their pen. I assume Roark is available as a long man.

 

Would be awesome if Washington had to burn him also and use either Gio or Ross in Game 1. If Roark pitches, he might not be available until Game 4 then, depending on how many pitches he throws.
