When the Cardinals come to Wrigley and we play our highlight video during their BP, can we please intersperse all of the Playoff Dongs with Jason Heyward Web Gems?

Throw in the highlights from this Lackey start.

In 3 road games thus far, the Cubs have outscored opponents 20-1.

We did play those 4 games in Arizona also.

Those are like home games.

How surprising would it be if Cahill got starts this year? 10 is extremely and 0 is not at all. 4?

why would that be surprising?

ideally, no, but i think that the likelihood that the 6th or 7th SP on your depth chart gets a start at some point is probably better than 50%

:shrugs:

Personally he'd be my first choice to start in the bunch. He's got the best resume of the bunch as a starter and is actually the youngest one still.

That 3-2 changeup was an experiment he could afford at 5-0 with two outs. I dug it, even though the pitch sucked.

This post really confused me, then I realized I watched the entire bottom of the 9th thinking that Warren was pitching when it was actually Cahill.

That's why they have two screens.

If we're not sure we can always use the Visanthe Shiancoe footage just to be safe.

Did the Cards fans boo Lackey as well? Hoping the answer is no so we can call them racists also.

I think a little in his first at bat (don't know about when he was announced as pitcher) but it wasn't as noticeable as Heyward's boo from what I could tell.

Lackey was only with the Cards for a year and a half as the result of a trade. Not like he chose to be in St. Louis.

He could have retired.

I feel like I'm missing something here. Both guys were traded to St. Louis.
