80 teams going to bowl games. Lolol
I used to think that the more the merrier, I am starting to change my mind.

I've never understood being bothered by too many teams being allowed to have the opportunity to play in a bowl game. It's not like it lessens the enjoyment of the rose or orange.

Let them play.

It depends on whether you view a bowl game as a reward for a good season or just an extra game at a neutral site at the end of the year.

Mind you the line was blurred long ago but years ago making a bowl game was something to take pride in for all but a handful of blue bloods competing for a national title. Even 10 years ago a non-power 5 conference team making a bowl was an accomplishment.

But at the same time teams want to play and schools want to make money so who cares?

No, 10 years ago every not terrible team made a bowl. The diluted bowl season story is decades old.

Officials gift-wrapped a FG(making it a 2 possession game) for Bama because their feelings were hurt by Muschamp yelling at them.

Eh, I'm the first to go conspiracy theory via conference affiliated referees, but Muschamp was behaving like a lunatic and assistant coaches never get much leeway anyway.

Also, Jeremy Johnson is an AWFUL quarterback. Couldn't throw one within 2 feet of anyone all day.

yeah, there's not much better than an Alabama loss but that was a legit personal foul and follow up penalty was inevitable. The coach was an idiot.

You don't cheer for anyone so your point is invalid

You've just kept it to yourself for 12 years?

Hofstra

Uh, they haven't had a football team for 6 years

He just cheers for Marques Colston

I hate the decision to go for two by ND there this early in the 2nd half. Too many weird things can happen to make not getting that point a factor.

If only Brian Kelly had already [expletive] lost a game this year in large part because he went for 2 well before he needed to.

ND is playing the most dominant offensive game I've seen in a really long time, and they're going to be down by 6 in about 45 seconds. Unbelievable.

I didn't see the first half, but how is a team that can rush for 8 YPC losing?

Completely unable to be productive in the red zone. Just bad.
