CUBS are 74-18 (.804) when they score first in the game.... 26-48 (.351) when they don't

CUBS are 84-38 (.689) when they don't allow any first inning runs.... 16-28 (.364) when they do

the fact that i'm alone helps at least but yeah. i was thinking about heading out toward the middle if it's going well but then i miss stuff and will probably have no chance of finding a seat.

my favorite for that type of thing is bernies (mainly because i love the steak sandwich there)

 

Buddy of mine went there for the wild card game, said it wasn't too overrun. You could at least get in there. I wouldn't plan on eating anywhere in Wrigleyville though.

Cardinals hitting HRs in the playoffs at a rate significantly higher than in the regular season? Not shocking at all. Did the same thing last year also.
