Same here. Got picked, living down in Bloomington, IN, but I should be able to make the trip. I actually already took October 12th off which should have Game 3 and would be the most likely date for a home game. May not be able to use all 4 that are available to buy.

I was picked for tix, but I don't know what to go for. No one will go for the WC tix, I'd assume. I'm thinking four for Monday, but maybe 2 and 2 is better, Mon and Tues. Ugh.

Got the Congratulations email but it confuses me...

 

The email says:

The following potential 2015 postseason games at Wrigley Field will be included in this on-sale:

• National League Wild Card: 7:08 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, October 7
  
• NLDS Home Game 1: TBD
  
• NLDS Home Game 2: TBD

 

Aren't all of those games almost guarenteed to not be at Wrigley? I understand the odds (of at least that first game) were better when the email was actually sent, but logistically, the games they'll be selling tickets for on Monday . . . will they actually be these three games or not?

I snagged a $50 standing room only ticket for game 1 of the NLDS at Busch. Should be on a Friday, so that might be easier for me to swing than a trip up to Chicago

that was easier than I expected. my first sets of tickets were timed out because I got hung up on a call, but I was able to get another 2 sets of 2 terrace reserved tickets at around 10:45. my only standards were no officially limited view, no 500 level (irrational fear of death), and no SRO, so I just kept hitting "replace" when those options came up and it worked out.

Couldn't get anything to work for mine except 1 standalone ticket in the WC game, which I didn't buy. I was on pretty early, too (about 10:15 CDT)

Friend of mine got 4 bleacher tickets to hypothetical Game 4 and offered to sell me one. Work obligations make it impossible. Jobs are dumb.

With my lousy luck, I was shocked to get what I actually wanted. I got 4 tickets to the first playoff game at Wrigley, Oct. 12, Section 104. NOW, they just have to win that WC game!!
