This is a realllll conservative game plan, offensively. Working so far and keeping Rodgers off the field is great but it's still Rodgers and I'm not sure we can grind them to a win. We need to hit some of these big plays in the 2nd half.

It's a great game plan. All the runs shorten the game. I guess the less the packers possess the ball the better right? 3 first half possessions (not including kneel) and they scored twice and both sort of quickly.

this commitment to the run narrative is already annoying

yes it's easy to be "committed" to the run when you're gaining yards at will

I really wish we could have held on to the unquestioned best special teams coach in the league because we can't afford [expletive] like that

I also hate that anytime we get pressure on Rodgers he turns it into a magical 10 yard flip to a running back

Jesus christ between that and the James Jones TD, there's literally nothing to stop that

It's stupid to challenge it though, thats pretty clearly a catch, just an absurd unstoppable one

between the horrific and ill timed penalties and then the ridiculously good/lucky plays (sometimes on the same play) things are evening out i suppose

Bears had a nice first half. They can't hang with GB in the 2nd.

or maybe they can

nah

we'll stay committed on this drive to what worked in the 1st half, gb will bottle it up, rodgers will march right back for another TD and then we'll try and play catch up by opening things up and the game will get out of hand

Cutler with a shovel of his own!

I think that's the first time I've ever seen a Bears QB make that work

pretty sure cutler has done it many times

i have a faint recollection of mccown possibly having done it to the cowboys too
